Contains aspects of a plot line
Coherent flow/does not ramble
Creative and unique
No fan fiction please
Stylistically Developed (syntax, diction, tone, appropriate grammar, voice etc.)
Please no AI-generated pieces, if it is AI-generated then it is not authentically yours and violates copyright rules.
Non-Fiction:

Conforms to the expectations of the genre (Narrative pieces shouldn't conform to essay expectations)
Any used sources are cited (no plagiarism)
Accurate Information (Fact Checked)
Engaging and captivating
Has structure
We are looking for short stories, essays, screenplays, monologues, one-acts, interviews, reviews, etc. in any and all genres and styles. Guidelines are Guidelines, being accepted usually comes down to having a good premise and executing it well, so don't stress too much.
The Looking Glass teams reserve the right to edit a piece, if necessary.
Please Note: There is limited space in the magazine, so please try to submit writing with a max of 5 pagesÂ
