THEME 2025-2026: Stories of success
This year's theme is STORIES OF SUCCESS. Would you happen to have an idea worth sharing? "Stories of Success" invites speakers to reflect on the diverse paths people take to achieve growth, impact, and fulfillment. Success can take different forms for every individual, whether it involves overcoming personal challenges, building stronger communities, driving innovation, or redefining what achievement means within their context. We seek talks that illuminate the lessons, struggles, and pivotal moments behind success stories, big or small. Share how your journey can inspire others to rethink what success means and to pursue their aspirations with courage & creativity.

This year's theme is BEYOND BARRIERS. Do you have an idea worth sharing? "Beyond Barriers" invites speakers to explore how individuals, communities, and ideas have transcended physical, social, mental, or technological limitations. It’s a call to share stories of resilience, innovation, and courage in adversity. We seek talks that challenge conventional thinking, highlight transformative solutions, or inspire personal or collective breakthroughs. We want to hear how you've gone beyond barriers to create meaningful change in your life.
THEME 2023-2024: Flourish
Applications are now closed for 2024 TEDxMountain Ave. Stayed tuned for announcements regarding our speaker lineup and how to obtain tickets for our event in March.
We believe after what we've experienced these past few years, it's important to remember flourishment. Individuals and groups grow and develop in healthy ways. Blossoming from the ground up is an experience within itself.
THEME 2022-2023: Unity

We believe after what we've experienced these past few years, it's important to remember unity. Being connected as a whole, and coming together as one is an experience within itself. Together we can strengthen each other, share creativity, and expand our knowledge.
Theme 2021 - 2022: RESILIENCE
Resilience is often defined as the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. We've all, in one way or another needed to overcome obstacles. TEDxMountain Ave's 2021 theme of RESILIENCE has a broad range of areas that could be talked about. If you believe you have an idea you'd like to place into the world, we encourage you to apply to speak at this event. Anyone is eligible to apply for this event. (NOW CLOSED)
