Technology limitations, reduced budgets and other restrictions can't stop us!
Mr. Adams has been working tirelessly to bring back Minecraft EDU and all of its benefits (see below) to the Timnath Elementary Learning Center. The result? A permanent Minecraft EDU station that students can use in the Learning Center!
To maintain the new lab feature, we have to all agree to certain rules. In addition to keeping the area nice (the way it is when you get there):

Why Minecraft? Minecraft is a sandbox game, which means its focus is on creativity. Players can plan and build their own worlds using blocks. They can also explore other player-created worlds, craft new and fun items, and collaborate with friends. In my opinion, Minecraft is one of the strongest and most engaging tools educators have for creative collaboration!
Wait...Minecraft is Educational? Sure is! The "Power of Play" is one of the greatest tools an educator can utilize!
