Science and Engineering Fair TIP! Please note that when you start your project - whether you choose the Scientific Method or Engineering Design Process - you should begin using a notebook or journal to keep track of your progress and to record your work and findings. You should bring the notebook to the fair as part of your display. You will receive points for having a thoroughly documented project.

Scientific Method: Come up with a testable question, make a hypothesis, and then conduct experiment/tests and collect data to prove or disprove the hypothesis.
