FRCC recommends replacing the Amgen Labs 2 & 4 with this Lambda DNA Restriction Lab Restriction Enzymes and materials available for free from New England Biolabs (see teacher prep manual for more info) See below for more details on materials needed for this experience.

We recommend replacing the Amgen Experience with the pGLO lab kit from BioRad.
⌦ If you are going to run the Amgen lab you must order plasmid & comp cells (see prep manual for details).
