Attention Parents and Guardians

 Student's artwork will be displayed on a digital platform called Artsonia that you will have access to comment on, order keepsakes from, and even upload more artwork to! The beauty of this platform is that 20% of each purchase goes straight into our art funds here at Rice Elementary. You will be receiving an email from Artsonia to connect to your student's digital portfolio soon. You can also get to Artsonia by clicking the link below or by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this page. Student's will be bringing home their physical portfolios full of original art at the end of the year. It's a win win!

Important Message 2/7/2025

Hello again!

We have a lot of exciting things coming up in art!

First and foremost, student led confernces will be held on March 4th and 5th starting at 3:45pm. Please stop by the art room at your convience anytime from 3:45-5:45pm to check out what your students have been up to and to pick up the artwork in their artist portfolio thus far! If your student has any missing artwork, it is because it is being considered for one of the art shows! Remainder of projects will be sent home at the end of the year.

Secondly, Youth Art Month is in March and there will be an art show with student work displayed at the Carnegie Center for Creativity from March 12th-30th. There will be multiple receptions held from 5-7pm to celebrate student's and their artwork on Wednesday March 26th, Thursday March 27th, and Friday March 28th. Please come check out all the wonderful things student's are doing across the community! 

And lastly, we have ANOTHER art show called Designs and Images that will be on display at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins starting April 10th- May 7th. Opening Reception will be on April 10th from 5-7pm. Please come out to celebrate all the awesome artists of PSD.

Hello all! 

The Creative Endeavors Art Show is coming up fast! The opening reception will be taking place November 21st from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins. Student work will be on display from November 21st through January 16th. Please come out and support our local young artists!
