All external services providers are under a PSD agreement through the 2022-2023 school year

To enter into agreement, vendors met requirements including

• Documented evidence of the effectiveness of your program in terms of student achievement

• Content aligned to the Colorado Academic Standards 

  • If providing early literacy Curriculum, evidence which includes explicit phonics instruction consistent with foundational skills of reading 

  • Ability to provide necessary individualized accessibility and support requirements for Student populations with unique learning needs, including but not limited to English language learners or Students with disabilities

• Hiring and training process for Tutors with verification of qualifications

• PSD encryption requirements for data privacy

External Service Providers with virtual tutoring can use Clever (PSD will need to work with them to create setup with their platform)

External Service Providers will help put together a personally designed student success plan including content and building educational skills
