The PHS Library will be open and available for students during their free periods and during lunch (for studying/homework, not for eating). All students staying in the library for more than 10 minutes will need to choose a seat and fill out this form.

If you are checking out or returning library books or textbooks, quickly printing, or checking in with Mr. Benson or Ms. Johnson, you do not need to fill out this form.
