I graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a BS in Elementary and Special Education. I completed my student teaching and taught 4th grade for a semester at Bennett Elementary School, but I am unbelievably excited to be an O'Dea Owl! 

I grew up here in Fort Collins, Colorado and actually went through Poudre School District as a student. It definitely feels full circle to be teaching in the district! 

When I'm not in school, I enjoy spending time outside in any capacity - going on hikes, paddleboarding, reading a good book, playing volleyball with friends, going to Rocky Mountain National Park, biking, you name it... I'll probably enjoy it as long as it's outside! I also really enjoy crafting at a good coffee shop.
