IN OUR SYNCHRONOUS PE CLASS!
*couple things I want you to do today during in our remote class:
workout plan, 40 sit-ups, 15 push ups, 20 squats, 30 jumping jacks and pretend to jumprope for 3 minutes. If you have a jumprope than jump for 3 min. Do 2 sets of all the exercises. Just like we do in class. Also, if you can get outside. Yes, I know it is snowing but your body, your lungs, your mind and spirit needs fresh air!
I am having Mr. Radis send out the Field Day schedule most events you are familar with. Please look over it. I will need help setting up the day. If anyone can come early, I would welcome the help. I could use people to help starting at 7:30.
