Description: Do you want to learn to cook or bake? Are you a competitive person? Then sign up for Lesher Cook-offs during genius week! Each day will be a new cooking or baking challenge which will be judged by a panel… Think “Is that cake?” where teams must design a cake to look like an object and fool the judges or the Great Viking Cook-off where teams are given the same ingredients but have to create different “meals”. Concepts to be discussed will include scale models, cultural foods, and recipe conversions. You will also build your brainstorming and teamwork skills, while making edible projects!
