Butter braids will be delivered to students at the end of the day, March 27, and the two top sellers will win a pizza party with a friend!

We will have our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade concert on Thursday, March 7th at 6pm (arrive by 5:45).  We will have in school rehearsals where students need to bring their instruments on March 5th, 6th, and 7th of that same week.

We have a very special opportunity for grades K, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to have their strings class during their arts and tech time for our 4th quarter instead of during recess!  I am so excited to have this time with your amazing students, and to find different ways to explore music, movement and composition through the Orff Method! 

All K-2 concerts will stay the same this semester, but 3-5 will have an additional concert in May.  This 3-5 concert will include a ‘choose your own adventure’ with compositions by students, stories by students, illustrations by students, and adventures chosen by the audience!!

Las trenzas de mantequilla se entregarán a los estudiantes al final del día, el 27 de marzo, ¡y los dos más vendidos ganarán una fiesta de pizza con un amigo! 

Tendremos nuestro concierto de 3º, 4º y 5º grado el jueves 7 de marzo a las 6 p.m. (llegue a las 5:45). Tendremos ensayos en la escuela donde los estudiantes deben traer sus instrumentos los días 5, 6 y 7 de marzo de esa misma semana. 

¡Tenemos una oportunidad muy especial para que los grados K, 2, 3, 4 y 5 tengan su clase de cuerdas durante su tiempo de artes y tecnología para nuestro 4º trimestre en lugar de durante el recreo! ¡Estoy muy emocionada de tener este tiempo con sus increíbles estudiantes y de encontrar diferentes formas de explorar la música, el movimiento y la composición a través del Método Orff! 

Todos los conciertos de K-2 se mantendrán iguales este semestre, pero 3-5 tendrán un concierto adicional en mayo. Este concierto de 3 a 5 incluirá un "elige tu propia aventura" con composiciones de estudiantes, historias de estudiantes, ilustraciones de estudiantes y aventuras elegidas por la audiencia.
