All requests for records to be sent out should go through the Records Department online system (www.psdschools.org/recordrequest). This includes but is not limited to transcripts, enrollment information, IEPs, etc. Any questions on this should be sent to psdrecords@psdschools.org. This includes requests for records from parents/guardians.
