Shaunda Stahl has been serving students with disabilities in Poudre School District for 17 years both in general education as a Kindergarten and fourth grade teacher and as an Integrated Services Multicategorical teacher. While serving students with disabilities, Shaunda paired Literacy goals and objectives with high levels of targeted and individualized language learning which accelerated student growth in both Literacy and language. For the next four years, Shaunda was a member of the Integrated Services Leadership Team as a Literacy Coach. It was here that she was able to maximize and grow those skills to pair language and literacy to individualize growth for All LEARNERS of all levels and abilities. For the past two years, Shaunda has been supporting and advocating for students with disabilities while on the Professional Learning Team by both providing professional development and consulting and collaborating with general education and special education teachers to support students with disabilities.
