Heather provides consultation and training both statewide and nationally, on acquired brain injury, Special Education Eligibility, and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). She co-coordinates the BrainSTEPS CO Program at the CO Department of Education. Bringing 30 years of leadership experience in school mental health, Sped services, and brain injury. Heather is involved nationally, working across systems to increase understanding and the effectiveness of persons working with this population - educators, professional within MH facilities, juvenile justice facilities, child protective services and more.
