Elisha Hanford Smith

Elisha Hanford-Smith, before being employed by Poudre School District, was a certified non-legal advocate for parents of children with disabilities. Elisha has been employed with the district for 11 years in special education and has worked with children in kindergarten through post-secondary support. Currently she is the READ Act tutor and coordinator at Lincoln Middle School. Elisha has two children. Her oldest, now 23, received special education services from early-intervention through post-secondary support in PSD and is now currently employed with Columbine Medical Services with the help of Project Search.
