About Ms. Hower
My name is Sarah Hower and this is my sixth year at Fossil Ridge. I currently teach Anatomy & Physiology and Intro to Health Sciences. In the past I have taught Biology, Engineering Physics, Geospace, and Sabercat 101 as well. I love that I get to teach students across all grade levels and abilities.
I graduated from Colorado State University with a double major in Natural Sciences (Biology Education) and Psychology. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, spending time with my friends and family, trying new things, and hanging out with my family.
