I teach in the wonderful Department of Family and Consumer Sciences where we focus on getting our students ready for the real world. This semester I am teaching the Teacher Cadet program to hopefully encourage students to go into the wonderful world of education or working with children in another capacity. I also teach Life Management (Most Important Class at Fossil) teaching students the importance of managing their money!!! In addition to those classes also teach both Gourmet Foods 1 and 2. (2nd - 4th quarter) I hope to teach students how to be successful in the kitchen making a variety of foods for themselves and their families.
