FRHS Swim & Dive Mission Statement
As the Men's Fossil Ridge Swim and Dive team, our mission statement is to unite as a team to improve throughout our season. We will be disciplined in practice and show enthusiasm and respect to our own team, coaches, officials, opposing teams, and parents at meets. We will hold ourselves accountable and have the grit to never give up. This is how we will become a better and more unified team.
Our goal is to be the best swimming and diving program in Colorado.
Our definition of the best program is:
Through Athletics: Improvement and contribution of all team members and team success at the city, conference, and state levels.
Through Academics: Team members who earn Academic All-State and Graduating seniors who earn Academic All-American honors.
Through Team Unity: A team that’s made up of people who are committed, responsible, supportive, spirited, and display exceptional sportsmanship.

Athlete Orientation: We will be having an athlete orientation on Wednesday January 21st during lunch (11:40am). Location will be in the health room. Here the athletes will be able to meet their coaches, hear about the upcoming season, and ask any questions they may have. Sign in here!
Cap Order Form: Please fill out your cap order form here.
Parent Orientation: Our annual parent meeting will be help on February 3rd at 6:30pm in the Fossil Ridge Roundhouse. In this meeting, you will have an opportunity to meet the coaches, find out about all the nuances of being a sabercat parent, and hear about ways to support your child during the season. This is an important meeting so do your best to attend! The clearer the communication, the more confident you will be in the program.
NEW SCHOOL RECORDS
Jake Barela set a new school record in the 100 Free with a time of 45.37 seconds at the 2025 Northern Conference Meet on May 3rd 2025. He then broke his own record again at 5A State dropping it down to 45.26 seconds on May 9th 2025.
Pierce Bickerton set a new school record in the 200 Free with a time of 1:39.27 second at the 2025 5A State Meet on May 8th 2025.
Pierce Bickerton, Owen Walsh, Brennen O'Neil, and Jake Barela set a new school record in the 400 Free Relay with a time of 3:02.70 seconds at the 2025 5A State meet on May 9th 2025.
Schedule Physicals and Register Now! Season starts February 16th at 6:30am. Coaches must have your orange card in order to participate.
