April 14th: 9th, 10th & 11th Graders watch "How to Build My Schedule" video then students plan their ideal schedule (class sections may fill up) in their 2nd period class. Use these resources below to help build your schedule.
Don't have a 2nd period? Go to the LTC during 2nd.
April 15th-April 17th: Testing Week, students use this time to build and finalize your two schedule plans and be ready for appointments starting next week!
April 21st-May 6th: Current 9th, 10th & 11th graders have individual appointment times with their counselor in Student Services to build their schedule. Come prepared with your Schedule Builder planning sheet filled out. Be sure to note when your prescheduled appointment (TBD) is and don't miss it. If you are unable to make it to your preschedule appointment, please schedule a make-up appointment during your grade level window. Counselors will be unable to reschedule appointments. If you need longer than you allotted time, you may be asked to come back during the Make-up times to complete your schedule.

Incoming 12th grade Make-up: April 23rd, 1:00-4:00
Incoming 11th grade Make-up: April 30th, 1:00-4:00
Incoming 10th grade Make-up: May 5th, 1:00-4:00
All grades: Make-up: May 6th. 9:00-4:00
Schedule Repair Information
Schedule Repair Appointments are a time frame that addresses changes in a student’s course plan (ICAP) and allows students to meet with their counselor. Appointments can be made during the Schedule Repair window which takes place during the final exam day(s) the prior quarter and the first two days of the new quarter. For the equity of all students, Counselors will only make schedule changes in-person with students. Counselors will not make schedule changes over the telephone or via email. Students will be making Schedule Repair appointments using their online booking system available on the FCHS website under Student Services.
