Workout Ideas for your Fitness Log

Click the link to the right for GREAT band exercises from Olympic athlete, Emma Coburn. These exercises you can do at home if you have bands. They are great for building those stabilizers I like to talk about. They target your glutes, especially the medius, which gets a lot weaker as you sit. Though they seem like low weight exercises, these will make you stronger in the weight room!
