At Home Learning During Quarantine

On days when students would normally be at school, please utilize this resource to best build an at-home schedule that matches the in school schedule your child would normally experience on campus. While at home, your child will be (or has already been) provided assignments that match, or closely resemble, the assignments being given in the classroom.

On Asynchronous Days (days when your child would normally have been at home) please complete assigned work as normal.

Below you will find an at-home quarantine schedule that is meant to mirror your child’s day at school. This can be used as a schedule to guide your day at home. Your child’s classroom teacher will provide activities for the “Literacy Work” and “Math Work” portions of the day. Please remind your child to join the virtual morning meeting with their class at 8:15 so they can start their day with their school family. You will also find suggested activities for Brain Breaks and Specials classes.

Please use the schedule along with the materials from your homeroom teacher.

Social Stories are a social learning tool that supports the safe and meaningful exchange of information between parents, professionals, and students of all ages. Please feel free to use this story to help explain why your student is at home.
