Behavior management is how adults help students to make choices that support their learning. The goal of behavior management is to build on positive habits and diminish negative habits to develop strong learners in our schools, and in a hybrid model, in our homes. This page will provide a starting point to build a positive behaivor support model in your home classroom.

We use the Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS) of SOAR for K-12. SOAR stands for: Safety, Ownership, Attitude, and Respect.
At PGA we will focus on all aspects of SOAR. We will incorporate our SOAR learning during our classroom community times. In the classroom, there will be many ways that we will establish a classroom community where your child will feel special, successful, and safe.
