Dear Dunn Families and Caretakers,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are excited about the year ahead. My name is Emily Richards, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the IB and Gifted and Talented Coordinator at Dunn Elementary.

I am particularly passionate about service learning, fostering joy and creativity in the classroom, and recognizing each student's unique abilities and potential. I believe in nurturing a sense of inquiry and investigation, encouraging students to ask questions, explore new ideas, and think critically. This commitment to fostering well-being, curiosity, and critical thinking is at the core of my educational philosophy. I am dedicated to ensuring that each child can thrive, achieve their best, and enjoy their education journey.
