Welcome Back!
I am so excited to learn and grow together this year. This is my third year as a Dunn Dolphin, however this will be my 11th year teaching. I have taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. Prior to my classroom experience I worked with students on the autism spectrum for eight years.
I have my Bachelors in Music Therapy from The University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. My family moved to Colorado in 2014 where I then got my Masters in Education from UNC in 2016. I have 2 kids. My son will be a second grader here at Dunn this year and my daughter is starting preschool! Being a parent is so cool!

About Room 2
Our Center Based Autism (CBA) program serves student from Kindergarten through 5th grade. We currently have 2 CBA Teachers, Mrs. Kilgore and Mrs. Tabatsalis (Mrs. T.). When students are in Room 1 (Primary grades K-2) and in Room 2 (Intermediate grades 3-5) we teach students phonics, math, social skills, independent living skills, along with reinforcing the concepts they are learning about in their grade level classroom in a small groups setting.
