IN CLASS SHOOT- STLL LIFE
In Class shoot: 5 photos of the still life
-Edit and turn in all 5
-Edit to enhance the emotion/mood of the photo that you are trying to show
-Upload to your color page + Artist Statement
Answer these questions:
1. What did you like about the in class shoot?
2. What would you change? (I know it was too rushed for time so think of something besides that.)
3. What mood or emotion do you think your still life photos show?
4. How are your still life photos going to be different from your out of class photos?

-Upload all unedited
-Upload 10 edited (2 with the B&W photoshop tool)

1. What challenges did you face during this project?
2. How did you overcome those challenges?
3. What type of feeling/emotion do you think your photos protray?
4. How did you use editing tools to enhance your photos?

How to turn part of a photo B&W:
Use the magnetic lasso tool to cut out the part that you want in color
Once you have the dancing ants, click edit copy, edit paste
This will create a new layer. Click on the background layer.
On the background layer click image, adjustments, desaturate.
Click back on your other layer to enhance the color, using image adjustments.
YOU MUST: go to layer, flatten layers
Then save as a JPEG
