About Me

I have been teaching art education for 15 years.  I love to draw and paint birds and make mugs on my pottery wheel.  I have a Masters in Art Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.  I have been developing TAB in my art studio for the last 9 years.  I am enthusiastic about helping students find their creativity, their voice, and confidence through art making.  I don't just teach art skills, I teach CREATIVITY.  I look forward to a wonderful year in the studio where we can visually represent ideas that are meaningful to us an individuals and as a community of learners.
