Welcome to Ms Roller's Class
"We will rise...We will always rise...Don't you doubt that even for a second!" ~Phoenix ModeI love being a part of the Boltz community! I have been teaching in Poudre School District for 18 years. I started teaching in California and have worked with all Elementary grades as a classroom teacher, interventionist for reading and math, and English Language Development teacher. I completed my bachelor's degree at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, my teaching credential in California, and master's degree in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education from the University of Colorado Boulder. I feel fortunate to work with multilingual students who are continuing to develop and build upon English acquisition. I have a passion for working in a culturally rich and diverse community, in which every student has meaningful opportunities to acquire the knowledge and skills to learn and grow.
My son is 12 years old and we share our home with our beloved pets: Ozzy our Ewok-dog, Leo our cat, and many Shubunkin Goldfish. I have many interests which include spending time with family and friends doing all kinds of fun activities in the great outdoors!
