What equipment do I need?
You will need an instrument, music stand, care kit, and a book: 6th Grade needs Tradition of Excellence Book 1 and 7th Grade needs Tradition of Excellence Book 2. 8th Grade does not need to purchase their own book. The music stand is for home use during their practice sessions. We will teach students how to use the care kit and it will help them keep their instrument in top playing condition. Also ask the music store to provide an instrument case tag so you can put your name on it. Many cases and instruments look similar.
