Home and Away Game Dinners:

HOME GAME TEAM DINNER SIGN-UP- 

We will have team dinners for all home games for both JV and Varsity.  Parent volunteers from each team are needed to donate time and dinner to feed our athletes.  JV will eat soon after their game, and Varsity will eat after theirs.  Dinners are set-up in the school commons area.  Families are welcome to sign up together, or individually.  We need all home games to be covered!

AWAY GAME MEAL PICK-UP SIGN-UP  ** NOW 8 Games- Schedule UPDATE 3/9/25- We have another AWAY game scheduled 3/18.

We will be feeding the team in transit to our evening away games.  VPO has arranged orders from several different fast food restaurants in the Gig Harbor area.  For the regular season schedule, each athlete is asked to pay $15 for each evening away game (total of $120). 

Please reach out to Coach if assistance is needed, all athletes will be fed no questions asked!  

Parent volunteers are needed for Meal pick-up and delivery to the school prior to bus departure.  The order will be pre-paid and delivery to the school is needed by the posted bus departure in the afternoon.  Please keep receipts and turn into Coach.

CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

We will be running concessions during the home games this year.  We are asking families to both donate and volunteer to man the concession stand during our home games.  Ideally, Varsity families will volunteer during the JV game, and JV families will volunteer during the Varsity game.  This will allow you to both volunteer and watch your athlete play. All funds raised go towards supporting our soccer program, 

CONCESSIONS FOOD DONATION SIGN-UP

We will be running concessions during the home games this year and we will need donations of food items to sell. Most items can be purchased through Amazon or Costco. Please refer to this list often for new needs that arise for our concessions. 

 What to expect after your session: 

Please expect that your athlete's photos will be delivered via an individual, private gallery and available for purchase in 3-4 weeks. To be sure you do not miss any communication from us, add our email support@perfectbalancephoto.com to your server’s contact list. The price list is attached for a quick reference.

Fundraisers: 

All funds raised go towards supporting our soccer program, with the goal of the first purchase being new team warm-ups, backpacks, camp!  If you have any great ideas- Please let us know!!
