​2025 Winterfest 

Calling all vendors and crafters!  We are now accepting applications for vendor space at Winterfest 25.

WHAT:       Annual Winterfest Arts & Crafts Festival

WHERE:     Peninsula High School - Gig Harbor, WA

DATE:         November 29 & November 30, 2025

                    Saturday 9am – 5pm, Sunday 11am – 4pm

MANDATORY SET UP, FRIDAY, 

NOVEMBER 28, from 12 - 4 PM

  Things to Know…

• Limited to 163 booths

• Friday Set-up 

• Send at least 3 images, plus a booth set up shot

• Help from student leaders with unloading and loading

• Free Nearby Artist Parking

• Wi-Fi access

• Estimated Attendance 3000+

• Booth Size Standard: 10 x 8 (Some with Electricity)

• Booth Size Large: 10 x 10 Limited (No Electricity)

The Annual Winterfest Arts & Crafts Festival is a 2-day event held at Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor. Peninsula High School overlooks the beautiful Henderson Bay and Burley Lagoon. The show attracts more than 3000+ art-loving patrons each year.

COVID/FLU/RSV Protocols

Due to Winterfest taking place on a school campus, we have specific protocols we must follow.

• The COVID protocols at this are as follows for students/staff/community members/families/vendors:

• Stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID/Flu/RSV

• Stay home if you have tested positive for COVID in the past 5 days

• Masks are optional for all participants

• Use good hand hygiene
