The High School Camp is intended for athletes who possess prior volleyball experience or plan to try out for the GVB season in the fall.
Week 1 will focus on first contact skills, including serve receive, passing, digging, and overall defensive development. Athletes will work through a mix of drills, small-group training, and game-like situations to build consistency and confidence in defensive fundamentals.
Week 2 will shift to attacking fundamentals and offensive strategies, covering everything from technical mechanics to in-game decision-making. Players will have the chance to develop their offensive skills in both individual and team settings.
The camp will end with a tournament where athletes will apply the skills and concepts learned throughout the two weeks.
