When signing up, please use your name exactly as its written on your ID so that office staff can easily print badges before field day. If you've never been in our school volunteering, you'll need to bring your ID prior to field day so the office can enter you into our system.
Hello Field Day Volunteers!
We first want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for volunteering your time for the Wallin Oaks Field Day event this year! Our Field Day will be held around the outside of the building with one additional stations inside.
Mr. Wood will be sending an email to all volunteers- please be on the lookout for an email coming from mwood@psd202.org. He will be using the email that was used when you signed up to volunteer.
When you arrive at Wallin Oaks-
Please arrive by 10am to check in, find your lanyard and get familiar with your station.
Parking- If you cannot walk or bike to school, please park in the staff parking lot on the west side of the building. Please do not park in front of the school as we are reserving that area for 10 minutes or less parking.
Check in- Outside Door L- You will see a pop up tent- find your name badge and lanyard that correlates to the zone you signed up for. Please return your badge and lanyard to the main office before you leave at the end of field day.
**If you have not volunteered at Wallin Oaks this year, you will need to check into the office at some point prior to Field Day with a photo ID**
On Field Day, if you have previously checked in- you will find your pre-printed name badge outside Door F- look for the pop up tent. If you have not volunteered at Wallin Oaks this year, and did not check in prior to field day, please go directly to the main office (with your photo ID) to have a badge printed. You will also be picking up a lanyard with a color that correlates to the zone you signed up for. Please return your lanyard to the office at the end of field day.
After picking up your name badge- please hang around the area. The PE team will meet with you briefly and will be available to answer any last minute questions.
