Help Fund PSCP as a Non-profit
The Public Sector Change Practitioners Group is a community of practice that comes together to collaborate, learn, share and discuss all things change management. However, we primarily focus on change management in the government setting. We are currently 500+ members strong from all around the globe!
Michelle Malloy, Meagan Brown and Clair Anderson established PSCP on May 21, 2018. At that time the PSCP was under the umbrella of the Colorado Department of Transportation. Since then, PSCP has evolved to be an independent community of practice. Now we even have a Board of Directors that commits their time and energy to ensuring that PSCP members are engaged in valuable and insightful experiences.
The PSCP primary goal is to ensure that everyone who is impacted by change is successful with that change. How do we do that?
Deliver valuable bi-monthly webinars to PSCP members
Deliver insightful and informative bi-monthly newsletter to PSCP members
Engage PSCP members in book clubs, LinkedIn discussions and networking opportunities
Moving forward the PSCP hopes to work toward:
Becoming a non-profit community of practice
Expand membership - the more diversity the better
Deliver annual conferences to increase knowledge-sharing and learning
Expand on engagement opportunities
