A participatory art installation that grows into a shared visual map of what helps us feel better.
WHAT HEALS ME is designed to create a space where individuals can pause, reflect, and consider what helps them feel better. Located in the nurse’s office, where people often arrive with a range of needs, the project offers a simple, hands-on way to check in with themselves.
Each contribution becomes part of something shared, making healing more visible and showing that support can take many different forms.
The project invites participants to reflect on healing across four dimensions:
BODY
MIND
HEART
SOUL
A simple moment to pause and notice what helps, without needing to define it. Over time, it becomes a reflection of the community, shaped by the small, everyday ways people support and care for themselves and each other.
