10 Star Jumps
Child jumps into the air and spreads arms and legs as far out as possible while yelling “I’m A Star!”
10 Jumping Jacks
Child begins with arms and legs straight. When they jump into the air their arms come up over their head and their legs spread out. When they land they immediately jump back into a straight line or pencil.
ABC Push Ups - To Any Letter you Choose!
Child begins in plank position and lifts one hand off the ground to touch the opposite shoulder. Every shoulder touch is accompanied by singing their ABC’s. Students set a goal for which letter they want to stop on. I.E. - Touch shoulders till the letter M.
1 - Minute Ski Jumps
Child begins in a jumping position that resembles a skier, knees bent, back straight and arms at 90 degree angle. Child jumps to the side and then returns. Repeats for one minute.

Videos that can be found online where students copy a character on the screen and dance to fun songs. Make sure your body follows the character as if you are looking in a mirror.
