KM Teachers

Colleen Muldoon grew up in Delaware and moved to Boston for graduate school at Boston University. In 2001, she completed her Ed. M. in Early Childhood Education and continued her work as a Preschool teacher. Ms. Muldoon began teaching Kindergarten at Pierce in 2006. She loves music—she sings, dances, and plays guitar in KM!  Ms. Muldoon enjoys sports and is always working on her golf game. An avid baker, she continues to hone her skills and loves making treats for her friends and family. At Pierce, she is active with the PTO and is the Pierce School Liaison on the PSED Board. 

Alexa Abild grew up in Holyoke, MA, and received her undergraduate degree from Simmons University in 2025. During her college years, she worked as a substitute teacher, gaining valuable experience working with students across different grade levels and learning environments. During the 2025–2026 school year, she worked at Easthampton Public Schools as a paraprofessional in the Bloom Program (PreK-1). Outside of work, Ms. Abild enjoys spending time outdoors, especially by the water. She also loves taking on craft projects and baking treats to share with others. She is so excited to be with Ms. Muldoon in KM!
