The Hayes School Library

Welcome to the Hayes School library! 

In our library, children have the freedom to choose books that interest and excite them. In our library, we read for fun and we read for the love of it! Students are guided to learn how to pick books that are right for them and to find texts they really want to read.

We invite authors to our school to give the students real-world exposure to the professions of illustrator and author, host a book fair in the fall, and keep the library busy with fun activities and engaging learning opportunities. 

Everything we do in the library is intended to foster a love of learning and enhance the education of future-ready, engaged citizens.
