I have been teaching at Baker School since 2005 and you are my eighteenth (woah!) fifth grade class. I also taught fourth grade at Baker for three years long before you were born.
I have two daughters who are Baker School students just like you! They are both in middle school - one in seventh grade and one in sixth.
In the summer you'll often find me hanging out at the beach. I love searching for shells, going for beach walks and enjoying a dip in the ocean with my family and friends.
My favorite subject has been science since I was nine years old (and probably even before that!). I love observing nature, tinkering with experiments, understanding how things work, and asking tons of questions.
My family loves to travel and we have recently enjoyed adventures to Florida, Cape Cod, Maine, and Alaska.
The Karalis crew loves hockey (GO BRUINS! 🐻) and we saw the Stanley Cup at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto last year.
I love exploring nature and was amazed by the incredible glaciers I saw in Alaska.
Zip lining through an Alaskan rainforest was one of my favorite summer adventures.
