Provide relevant quality higher education and training to clients who will spur growth in agriculture and lead in community development.

Generate technologies through meaningful research in order to contribute in addressing the problems of clients.

Deliver extension services to farmers to help improve agricultural production.

Establish and maintain income-generating projects to obtain funds to sustain the programs and activities of the college in particular and the University in general.

To educate the students in the scientific habit of thought, entrepreneurial skills and prepare them to become professionals with entry-level competencies in technical agriculture;

To emphasizes the processes and techniques of identifying, diagnosing and analysing problems; and

Designing, packaging and applying technologies needed in the development and conservation of the agriculture and food system resources.
