Title I Coordinator & Instructional Coach
Dr. Stephanie N. R. Wallace serves as the Title I Coordinator and Academic Coach at PSA, where she leads initiatives that strengthen instructional quality, teacher development, and family engagement. She brings more than a decade of experience in K–12 education as a Dean of Academics, instructional coach, and professional-development facilitator.
Dr. Wallace holds a Doctorate in Christian Educational Leadership (Universal Life Seminary), a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction (University of Phoenix), a Master's in Early Childhood Education (Grand Canyon University) and a Bachelor’s in Arts Management with a focus on Event and Program Management (Mary Baldwin University). Her expertise spans curriculum development, instructional coaching, and educator growth systems, all centered on helping teachers plan for clarity, foster student engagement, and use data to inform instruction.
As Title I Coordinator, Wallace partners with teachers, administrators, and families to align federal resources with PSA’s academic goals—ensuring equitable access to high-quality instruction and student achievement for all learners.
Outside of her school leadership role, Dr. Wallace is an author of two inspirational books (The Way to Restore Her, and the Restored Crown) and a nationally known motivational speaker known for empowering educators, women, and leaders to walk boldly in purpose. She is also the founder of EduVera Consulting, a professional-learning firm that provides practical, research-based coaching to parents, teachers and administrators.
A Charleston-area resident, Wallace enjoys mentoring educators, serving her community, and spending quality time with her husband, Jonathan, their son, Joshua and teacup Maltipoo, Bella Marie. She believes that education and inspiration work hand in hand to create lasting impact.
