Hunter Mixon is a certified athletic trainer with a strong foundation in service, discipline, and clinical excellence. A Charleston, SC native, Hunter earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina before serving in the U.S. Army, where he was selected to attend the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom. Following his military service, he returned to Charleston to pursue his passion for sports medicine, earning his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Charleston Southern University. Hunter brings a unique combination of leadership, resilience, and hands-on clinical training to the MUSC Athletic Training team.
