Pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Rule No. 28 of Republic Act No. 10625
“The PSA shall establish a Statistical Survey Review and Clearance System to provide assistance and support to the statistical work of other government agencies in the Philippine Statistical System, including local government units and government-owned and/or controlled corporations.”
