Our Yoga program provides a fun, calming, and supportive introduction to movement, mindfulness, and self-care. Each class helps students build confidence, improve focus, and develop healthy habits they can use both in and out of the classroom.
Practice simple breathing and relaxation techniques
Learn sun salutations and age-appropriate yoga poses
Participate in creative, theme-based movement activities
Enjoy music and movement to support focus and energy
Beginners learn at their own pace with easy modifications
More experienced students can try optional challenges
Every child is supported to feel successful and confident

Interactive yoga-based games
Movement combined with imagination and creativity
Opportunities for teamwork and joyful participation
Every session ends with a peaceful relaxation period (savasana) to help students feel calm and refreshed before transitioning back to their day.
By the end of each class, students leave feeling relaxed, focused, confident, and more connected to their bodies and emotions. By the end of the session, students have learned a variety of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness strategies that they can use both in and out of the classroom.
