H.E.A.R.T.S is an acronym that was created to quickly identify the school-wide values of P.S. 274x. H.E.A.R.T.S. are a list of positive characteristics that all staff and students accept as desirable goals and intrinsic values that exemplifies the characteristics of a T.N.A.A. scholar.

H.E.A.R.T.S. stands for:

As our school Dean, Ms. Burns is passionate about school culture and academic success. She supports the schools' vision and sustains the school's H.E.A.R.T.S values by ensuring that students internalize the school's values. She plays a key role in celebrating our scholars success and supporting them to get back on the right track when they fall off.
