Our Mission

Our library intends to foster a community of learners by preparing our students for the 21st century. We want to take every possible step in preparing our students to become college and career ready. We want to ensure that students are effective and responsible users of ideas and information. We want to empower students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users of information. At the same time, we want these skills to aligned to the common core Language Arts standards and to the curriculum areas. We will accomplish these tasks by serving as leaders in the implementation of quality instruction and creating authentic learning experience through collaboration with teachers, instructing students, and providing access to materials in all formats.
