Parent Coordinator

Dear P.S. 170 Families,

Please allow me to introduce myself to some and re-introduce myself to others.

My name is Abigail Figueroa aka Ms. Aby , Parent Coordinator. I am so honored and proud for the role I have in your family’s success here at P.S. 170 The Ralph A. Fabrizio School. It is indeed a privilege for me to support, encourage and develop positive relationships between families and our school.

Here at P.S. 170 strongly encourage parent involvement. We understand that due to Covid restrictions and protocols, parent involvement has changed for many that wish to enter the building. We realize that you are our most valued stakeholder, and I will continue to build stronger the bridge between our families and school community.

Your thoughts, opinions and involvement are very important, and you are welcomed here.

As your Parent Coordinator, I support the vision and the goals that our Principal has for our students and their families. One of our goals this year is to increase the parent involvement. I know TOGETHER we can do it. I am looking forward to a successful year! This is going to be an exciting year, and I look forward to working closely with you and your family.

Please feel free contact me by email afigueroa9@schools.nyc,gov or by telephone (718) 491-8400 ext. 1102. I am here for you.

Thank you in advance for your participation and involvement.
