PS-DBM on Wheels - Learning Engagement

Kickstart your journey with our detailed Online Orientation sessions. These virtual workshops will prepare you for the PS-DBM on Wheels 2024 event which will cover essential topics such as: how to place orders, settle payments, and receive products efficiently.

Join us also for an in-depth, four-hour in-person training session facilitated by PS-DBM and PhilGEPS Customer Service. The onsite training will be held at the event venue and will cover:

Procurement Service Establishment and its Legal Basis, New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), Virtual Store, Annual Procurement Plan for Common-use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE), Availability and Pipeline of CSE Items
Orientation on PhilGEPS Registration, Features of the Modernized PhilGEPS, eMarketplace, and E-Bidding
Software Licenses and Airfare Tickets through GFA
Discussion on how to procure CSE items through the Regional Depot (RD)

Please note that space for the onsite training is limited, and we can accommodate up to three (3) participants per agency. Priority will be given to client-agencies with pre-orders and/or any record of transaction. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
