• Photosforclass - curated by teachers, appropriate for young students, automatic citation
• Wikimedia Commons - easy to copy link
• Pics4Learning - made for education, easy to copy citation information
• Flickr Advanced Image Search - restrict search to Creative Commons licensed items
• Pexels - no citation needed, attribution appreciated
• Stockio - no citation needed, attribution appreciated
• Reshot - no citation needed, somewhat unusual photos
• PikWizard - no citation needed
• Morguefile - no citation needed for most projects

CLIP ART

• The Noun Project - account required, citation required with free account (teacher discounts available)
• Flaticon - citation required with free download, limits on free accounts
• Free SVG - no adult content I could find, no citation or account required. You will want to download the PNG files, not SVG.
• Autodraw - do a quick sketch of an object, and AutoDraw suggests clipart based on its guess of what you are trying to draw.

• AP Archive - YouTube channel of videos from the Associated Press; global news & entertainment stories dating back to 1893. Free to use.
• British Movietone - sister channel to AP Archive; contains newsreel and videos of news events, celebrities, sports, music, social history, science, lifestyle, etc.
• Pexels videos - no citation required
• Videvo - citation requirements vary, listed on download page; search results include free and paid clips
• Pixabay video - no citation required
• Videezy - requirements vary, listed on video page

OTHER

• National Gallery of Art - images of works of art at the National Gallery which are in the public domain
• NASA - images taken by NASA from Earth and in space
• National Park Service - images of the U. S. National Parks and monuments, historic photos, and more
