JJ-P1 - Student Dress

Schools are expected to delineate standards of dress appropriate for the educational setting with sensitivity to cultural and religious standards, gender identity, and to inform students of expectations.

Consequences for inappropriate dress will be based on the Division’s and the school’s behavioural policies, and can range from an informal interview on the first instance, to withdrawal of the student from the class or from the school.  (See also CF-P1- CF-P6.)
